There will be a weekend retreat for parishioners over the weekend of 2-4 March, starting on the Friday evening and continuing until the Sunday afternoon. It will take place at Les Etangs in Medernach. The retreat director will be Fr Maurice Gilbert, who belongs to the Jesuit Community here in Luxembourg. He will offer a number of reflections during the course of the retreat and will also be available for anyone who may want individual guidance.
It is intended that this should be a silent retreat – except for the Friday evening and the Sunday afternoon. So the accommodation will be in single rooms. But if a married couple would like to come on the retreat and to share a room that will also be a possibility.
At the moment we estimate that the cost of the retreat (in a single room) will be about € 140, including accommodation for the two nights and meals. Some financial assistance may be available for anyone would like to come but cannot afford the full cost.
