Date of Confirmation Ceremony 2011 has been finalised. It will take place on Sunday 8th May 2011.

Confirmation is offered to all young people over the age of 15 and adults, on a biannual basis, usually in the month of May …The next year being 2010/2011 school year.

There is a compulsory preparation course.  Details will be advertised the September before the the Confirmation takes place.

Baptismal certificates

We ask all the candidates for confirmation to bring a copy of their baptismal certificate to the next class on Tuesday 25th.

 

HOUSE MASS, FEBRUARY 8TH

There will be a House Mass for the confirmation candidates at the home of Glenn and Lisa Zasman at 5 rue haute, Clemency on February 8th at 7.30 p.m.

How to get there:

Take the motorway dirction Arlon/brussels. Drive through border crossing into Belgium and take first exit (33)  on right (Sterpenich/Grass/Clémency).    Turn left over the bridge, crossing the motorway in the direction of the Ikea store.  Drive past the Ikea store and continue straight ahead, through the small village of Grass, through the woods until you arrive in Clémency.

When you arrive in Clémency, you keep going straight. Look out for the church.  Soon after the church the road turns sharp left (direction Luxembourg/Bascharage), but don’t go left, keep going straight into rue Haute and drive a few 100 m until you  see the Zasman house ont he right (white, double story house).         The easist way to get there is with GPS. Type in number 8 rue Haute (as Zasman’s house doesn’t feature).  Zasman’s is just a couple of houses further on the right side of the road.
