21 March 24: Inaugural Lecture of Prof. Dr. Tomás Halík, Honorary Professor of the LSRS

A member of our community has brought to our attention a lecture at the Luxembourg School of Religion and Society entitled ‘End of modern Christianity’ – Secularization has not destroyed religion but transformed it. In the age of late modernity Christianity was understood as a “world view.” “Catholicism” emerged as a closed system in opposition to modern culture and society.
