On Saturday 4 December there is the opportunity to attend a concert in aid of the SoS Children’s Villages Latvian Mission. The Advent programme of music will include contributions from renowned Latvian singers. Please see the attached poster and flyer for further information on the programme and how to get tickets. Please note that this a Covid Check event.

The social workers at the refugee /asylum-seeker reception centre (Centre de Primo-Acceuil,  293 route d’Arlon, Strassen) are looking for a volunteer to help a weekly women’s sewing group. If you are willing to give the group basic sewing instructions (for example,  in the use of the centre’s sewing-machines), please contact Delphine (tel. :+352 621 813 858; email: delphine.onan@croix-rouge.lu).

The children’s liturgy team would welcome more help from parents and volunteers to assist with the group at the 11.30am Mass. For further information on how you can help please contact the parish office: parish@catholic.lu / 661 127 962.

Please note: From this weekend, 21 November, the Zoom sessions will be suspended and there will only be the group at the 11.15 Mass on Sundays.

All through the month of November we pray for the holy souls. You are invited to to write out the names of your dear departed family members and friends and place them in the container on the sanctuary at Mass this weekend.
