Alan Ridgway RIP – Thanksgiving Mass


Fr Michael will be celebrating the Mass of Thanksgiving for the life of Alan Ridgway this Saturday, 15th November and friends and community members are invited to join in at 13:00 in the church of Notre-Dame de l’Assomption in Bettembourg.
We pray for his wife Mary, his brother Patrick, his children and all the extended family and friends.

Poppies & Annual Remembrance Service

Annual Poppy Appeal: Poppies are available at all Masses for a donation to support the work of the British Legion with veterans, their rehabilitation and their families.

The Anglican Church of Luxembourg welcomes all, children included, to its annual Remembrance Day Service.

The service on Sunday 9 November will start at 10:45 and take place in the Konvikt Chapel at 5, avenue Marie-Thérèse in Luxembourg City; those wishing to attend are asked to arrive and be seated by 10:45 at the latest.

Representatives of embassies and diplomatic missions, H.M. Armed Forces, and other associations and organisations will be present to lay wreaths.

At 11:00 there will be the Act of Remembrance with a 2 minute Silence, when the congregation will remember all those who lost their lives in wars and conflicts.
