Fr Michael and the English-speaking community will be offering Mass this evening at 18.15 for Anne Buckland and the family followed by a time of prayer till 19.15. The Mass will be held in the Garden Chapel behind St Alphonse, accessed from the rue Willy Goergen. All welcome.

‘We are looking for a housekeeper with good English to support our elderly parents near Luxembourg City. Responsibilities would vary day to day, but include conversation, cooking, shopping, driving, and general household tasks as needed, such as helping them set up a video call, or assisting with decluttering. We are ideally looking for someone who can cook for special dietary requirements, and who could also clean when their current cleaner retires. 3 hours per day, Mon-Fri, on an ongoing basis. The Diakonia group invites you to attend an information meeting organised with the Order of Malta on Saturday January 27th at 10am in the Order’s headquarters, 110 Avenue Gaston Diderich, in Belair (just a few doors down from the Eglise Saint Pie X, where we currently celebrate Mass on Sunday morning). The session will focus on a brief overview of the Order of Malta’s work in Luxembourg and what volunteering options exist.
