The new preparation programme for Confirmation candidates began on Sunday 21 September 2025 with a meeting in Belair Church immediately after the 11:00 Mass. 
This was for all candidates and their parents.

To join this programme candidates should have reached their 16th birthday by 1^st January 2026.  Please complete all three forms, the registration form (in Excel format), the Data Protection form, the Photo Release form and email them to the parish office: parish@catholic.lu.  The forms are to be found at the bottom of this page.

The Cardinal will confer the Sacrament of Confirmation in our community, and the date will be announced later.

Subsequent classes will take place on Sunday mornings from 10:00 – 10:45 as of Sunday 28th September in the room under Belair Church; this will be one week after the first meeting with both, Confirmation candidates and their parents. Further details of the programme will be provided soon.

A registration fee of 100 Euro is kindly requested to cover the cost of resources, books, meeting rooms, activities, flowers at the Confirmation Mass etc.  Please transfer this to the parish bank account at the time of enrolment including “Confirmation and the candidate’s name” in the reference: Thank you!

A copy of your baptism certificate is required and should also be emailed to the parish office.  If you were baptised at St Alphonse or one of the city centre parishes, this can be obtained by emailing the Notre-Dame office: notre-dame@cathol.lu
