The European Parish is supporting four projects this year:

1. The renovation of a dormitory in Mâné, Burkina Faso.

2. Renovation of a dormitory in Mayambe, DRC.

3. A solar water-purifying machine in Haiti.

4. Continued support for Garango.

Due to the cancellation of the Lenten Paroisse Européenne intercommunity Mass and the resulting low profile of our fundraising effort this year, our Parish Council has agreed to match last year’s donation from our community from our banked funds. Fr Ed.

In view of the fact that most Eucharistic Ministers cannot attend tomorrow’s meeting (the short notice on my part being at fault), I would like to postpone the meeting. Giving more notice, we offer two alternatives: Saturday 18 May, 10:00-12:00 and Tuesday 28 May, 19:00-21:00. Both meetings will be in the church in Hollerich. My apologies to all concerned for the change of arrangements. Fr Ed.

Please remember in your prayers Anna Marie Drangsfeldt RIP, mother of Hans, who died recently, and for whom the 11am Mass in Hollerich is being offered on Sunday 10 March. Also Kitty Donegan RIP who died on 10 February in Brisbane, for whom the 11am Mass is being offered Sunday 3 March. Prayers also please for Liam O Connell RIP, father of Liam O Connell of our community. We are praying also for Brian Fewkes, Lily Anderson, Angus McKay, Jennifer Woo and Erik, all of whom are sick.
