Adult Confirmation programme: we will be running a Confirmation programme for adults from 13 September – 4 October with Confirmation on 14 October.  Confirmation is a requirement if you wish to be a godparent and for marriage in the Church in most countries.  If you would like to join this programme, please contact the parish office by 1 September: parish@catholic.lu

There will be a vigil for victims of torture on Monday 26 June at 18:00 in the Church Christ-Roi, 25 avenue Gaston-Diderich, Luxembourg. More information is available on the flyer below.

SIncletica (www.sincletica.cat)  is a  monastic school directed by Sr. Teresa Forcades a Benedictine nun of the St. Benet monastery in Monserrat  in Catalonia/Spain.  It is an excellent programme. Registration is open for next year – you can choose either the Art or Science modalities. The lecturers are drawn from universities across Europe and of course one can go to the lovely Monserrat monastery (a tourist attraction in itself) to attend as well as attending online. Corpus Christi – Mass and Procession, Thursday 8 June: the Feast of Corpus Christi has been moved to the Sunday (10 June) in the Church’s calendar; however we are invited to show solidarity with other members of the Notre-Dame Parish by attending Mass at St Michel at 19.00 followed by a procession to the cathedral for Benediction.  There are light refreshments afterwards and you are invited to bring something small to share from your country.
