All through the month of November we pray for the holy souls. You are invited to to write out the names of your dear departed family members and friends and place them in the container on the sanctuary at Mass this weekend.

Unfortunately the organisers of the day for confirmands/ youth event at Echternach this Sunday, 21 November, have had to take the decision to cancel the event because of concerns regarding the current Covid-19 situation. They thank you for your understanding.

In today’s Gospel, Jesus tells us to be ready for new life to grow, like the shoots on a fig tree. Autumn seems a strange time to be thinking about new life growing in nature. What new life do you think Jesus is talking about?
