Children’s Liturgy restarting at St Alphonse

With a new school year starting, so the Children’s Liturgy returns to St Alphonse this Sunday 5 September 2021.

There will be two editions of the Children’s Liturgy every Sunday:

  • at 10:30am on Zoom
  • during Mass at 11:30am in Church

All children who have not yet done their First Holy Communion (age range roughly 3-7 years) are welcome to join the Children’s Liturgy.

The Children’s Liturgy during Mass will be held in a room in the Redemptorist Monastery (Couvent) attached to the Church or – weather permitting – in the garden. Children will be invited to go to the back of church, each with one parent, at the beginning of Mass. Parents will be welcome to stay or to return to church. The children will return to church at the Offertory and will be brought by the catechists to their parents.

For both editions of the Children’s Liturgy, children must be registered using this form:

Parents who have registered their child will receive the link to the Zoom edition by email the day before.
