Our parish & Coronavirus

With much regret, following government and church instructions:

  • Our 3 weekend Masses are suspended
  • All other parish group activities suspended
These are clearly challenging and worrying times — so we respond to them not only by taking all the precautions we can to preserve our health and that of those around us, but also in faith and with prayer.
Each evening from 21:00 we have an hour of Eucharistic Adoration streamed onlineconcluding at 21:50 with Compline, the Night Prayer of the Church. Each day the text of Compline is published, and you are invited to join in from wherever you are.
If you have a prayer intention, please send it to the parish office and it will be included in our (online) prayers.
We are thinking of an online Reconciliation Service next weekend — we can’t give absolution online, but God understands, and our prayers asking for forgiveness will be heard. Keep checking this site for updates.
The (virtual) parish office remains open for business as usual.
Updates will, of course, be published here.
Thank you once again for your understanding and faith.
