We are delighted to welcome Veronica Williams, the founder of ‘Mothers’ Prayers’, to our parish this weekend. Veronica, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother is a promoter of prayer. Veronica is addressing a conference this Sunday, April 6, entitled: ‘He will turn our tears into rivers of joy’. Details of the conference can be found in the flyer. Veronica will speak at the end of our Mass this Sunday, and she has a message that is certainly worth hearing. Fr Ed.

SALAD THANKS
Thank you so much to all who responded to the appeal for salad (and bread) for our shared Lenten Feast with the Spanish-speaking community yesterday (Sunday 30 March). The Mass was a great c0-celebration, with both communities being well represented, and our common presence giving good witness to our shared faith. The response to the salad appeal was generous, and more than adequate for the occasion — a sincere thank-you to all who donated/shared. If you have dishes to collect, they are available from St Alphonse by arrangement.
