UMODZI is an initiative led by a member of our community to sponsor orphans in Malawi, and is pleased to invite you to its first fundraising event in Luxembourg:

On Jack Mapanje’s 73rd Birthday in March 2018, we have organized an evening where he will read from his poetry and prose.

PROGRAM: Jack Mapanje reading from his various publications, followed by an informal question, answer and discussion of his life as a writer.

DATE: Friday 16th March, 2018, from 7pm till late.

AGENDA:

• 7pm to 8pm African nibbles and drinks (there will be a cash bar)
• 8pm Jack Mapanje’s poetry recital
