Help needed with making sandwiches: volunteers are needed to prepare sandwiches for the youth Mass on Friday 29 November at 12 noon in the Garden Room.  With a small team of people this will only take about an hour.  If you can help, please contact the parish office: parish@catholic.lu

Comhaltas Luxembourg will be hosting an “Autumn Ceili” Irish Set Dance on Saturday 16th November at 8pm at the Centre Culturel Cessange.

Members of our community, involved in ‘ The Asociation for Venezuela’ will be selling arepas (typical corn bread) today, Sunday 17 November after the 11:15 mass in the garden/parking meeting room at St Alphonse. The arepas will be accompanied by cheese, pork, other meats and salad. There will be cupcakes and juice for children also.

Please return your forms for the confirmation programme to the parish office, parish@catholic.lu, as soon as possible as the first meeting will be Wednesday 20 November from 19.00 – 20.30 in the Couvent at St Alphonse.

We have collected 395 gift-filled boxes for deprived children in Eastern Europe.  Thank you to everyone for packing boxes, sponsoring pre-packed boxes, donating bulk items or money, sewing and knitting items, attending our stand, and last but not least loading and unloading the boxes for transportation.
