House urgently needed
A family of 7 are urgently looking for a house in Luxembourg to rent or buy (have just moved here because of work). If you have, or know of, such a property, please contact me and I’ll put you in direct touch with the family.
Thanks,

Fondation Ste. Irmine
The Fondation Sainte Irmine is a charitable body set up by Archbishop Hollerich in 2012 to support the pastoral development in the archdiocese. It is active in a number of areas, supporting a variety of activities and projects. From time to time, our English-speaking community makes donations to the Fondation (for example, our weekend collections when the Archbishop celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation for our community, and again after our recent outdoor Mass and barbecue in the garden of Archbishop’s House.
The annual report of the Fondation for 2016 has been published, and we have been advised of an English edition. The report is well worth looking at as it gives an overview of the wider activities of the Church in Luxembourg, and its service of the Church and the world. You can find the report here.

FHC information
Still in the glow of our celebrations of First Holy Communions in June, we are already receiving numerous requests regarding preparation for FHC next year. Our catechists are preparing both the programme and the schedule, and when these are ready, they will be well advertised in advance at Mass and here on catholic.lu, and information will be communicated re. the dedicated FHC website.
In the meantime, keep eyes and ears open — you can apply to enrol your child when details are published and the date for registration is announced.
We will soon (belatedly) publish photos of our recent celebrations — truly a memorable occasion for all concerned, and for the whole parish.
Thank you,
Fr Ed
