Couples for Christ invite you to a meeting tomorrow, Saturday 08 April, at the Centre Jean XXIII. C4C, an approved Catholic organisation,  serve couples, single/widowed/divorced people, youth and children. Understanding Passover

Understanding Passover: on Wednesday of this week (12th April) we welcome Rabbi Alexander Grodensky, rabbi of the Jewish community in Esch. Rabbi Alexander will be giving a talk on Passover, something that will certainly enrich our understanding of the events of this Holy Week. The talk will be in the parish meeting room at 19:15. All are welcome.

Refugee appeal: items needed

The reception centre in Lily Unden is trying to equip a space for minor unaccompanied asylum seekers and needs our help to do so.

Please find attached list of items needed.

Sofas should be in leather or false leather.

The material can be delivered every day from 9am to 7 pm.

On weekends, from 9 am to 1pm.

Marriage Preparation Day — May 6th

Marriage Preparation Day

Our next Marriage Preparation Day will be on Saturday, May 06 2017, from 09:00 – 17:00 at the Centre Jean XXIII near Kirchberg. This course is for couples preparing for marriage: it’s not about preparing you for the ceremony itself, but for the rest of your married life together. These days have been both popular and highly rated; input is given by trained Marriage Preparation presenters, and as couples you have an opportunity also to share your own experience of life together.

The course is for Catholic and non-Catholic partners.

Exceptionally (due to scheduling issues, for example) you can take the course after your church wedding. If you wish to register for the May date, please contact me and I will subscribe you. To cover costs, we ask €75 from each couple; if this is beyond your means, no problem — again, just get in touch. Refreshments and a sandwich lunch are provided.

Our May course will be presented by Junfer and Christian Dela Cruz of Couples for Christ.
